Tree Master of Savannah
Rooted in Service

Tree Master of Savannah grew from the ground up—literally and figuratively. Founded by Mike Schuman and his wife, Diana, the company took shape in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew, when clients from their sister company, Grass Master, began calling for help with downed trees. With decades of experience in landscaping and tree work, Mike saw an opportunity to expand and serve.
From a single rented crane and a handful of chainsaws, Tree Master has evolved into a full-service operation offering emergency tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, crane-assisted removals, and even tree fertilization. Their specialized equipment, including a 65-ton crane, 93-foot spider lift, and turf-friendly loaders, allows them to access difficult spaces safely and efficiently—often without disturbing a single blade of grass.
What sets Tree Master apart is its emphasis on both professionalism and preparedness. “We’ve built this company to do what others can’t,” Mike says. “And we do it with heart.” The family-owned and operated business has grown steadily—even during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic—and now operates with multiple crews across the region.
As a Google Guaranteed company with more than 200 five-star reviews, Tree Master has earned its reputation as a trusted name in tree care. Mike and Diana’s advice to residents? Don’t wait until a storm hits—schedule an evaluation ahead of time.
From storm cleanup to everyday tree maintenance, Tree Master of Savannah combines skill, safety, and a deep-rooted commitment to the community it serves.
