Our Story
We started offering these services because we saw too many people struggling to do it all alone.

You know that moment where you look around at a house full of stuff and think, “Where do I even begin?” We’ve been there — with our own families, and again and again with people we care about. We also understand firsthand the challenges that come with big life changes, having personally moved more than 20 times over the last 40 years.

That’s why we started Low Country Home Transitions. This isn’t just work for us — it’s personal. Whether it’s downsizing, moving, clearing out a loved one’s home, or coordinating an estate sale, we saw that people needed more than just advice — they needed hands-on help. So we built a service that provides exactly that.
