Ingredients:
  • 4 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crusts
  • 56 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bottle Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • 12 egg yolks
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 225°F.
  2. In a large bowl, blend sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and egg yolks until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into the four graham cracker pie crusts.
  4. Bake for 2 hours until the filling is set.
  5. Allow the pies to cool overnight in the refrigerator.
