Justin T. Jones, PC
Advocating for Injury Victims

Justin Jones’ path to opening his own law firm began with a single decision — to focus his career on representing injury victims rather than insurance companies.
Jones grew up in Metter, Georgia, and earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia. After moving to Savannah, he worked at a prominent downtown firm that handled cases on both sides of the courtroom. When a conflict of interest prevented him from taking on certain personal injury clients, he chose to strike out on his own. Drawing on trial experience from his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Jones established his personal injury practice, Justin T. Jones, PC, in August 2015.
The firm, located in Midtown near the intersection of Waters and Eisenhower, offers what Jones describes as “personal attention and aggressive representation.” Keeping the caseload small allows him and his team to focus deeply on each matter. That commitment has yielded notable results, including a $4,092,632 jury verdict in 2018, after an insurance company’s highest offer was $275,000.
Jones, whose wife Amy is the speech pathologist at Isle of Hope Elementary School, lives in the community with their children, Langston and Eliza. He advises residents to invest in as much underinsured motorist coverage as they can afford, calling it essential protection in a world where many drivers carry only minimum limits.
Specializing in wrongful death and significant personal injury cases, Justin T. Jones, PC, remains dedicated to guiding clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. For more information about Justin T. Jones, PC, visit justinjoneslaw.net.
