The Collective Savanah
Where Wellness Meets Community
The Collective Savannah Owner Kim Watson
Tucked just off Waters Avenue, The Collective Savannah isn’t just a fitness studio — it’s a community-powered haven for movement, growth, and connection.
Owner Kim Watson, a longtime Savannah resident and former interior designer, opened the studio after years in the local wellness scene. What began as a sublease and a few trusted instructors quickly took shape as something much more: a welcoming, upbeat space that blends fitness with authenticity. “We’re here for every BODY,” Kim says. “We believe your growth should be in body and mind.”
The Collective offers a dynamic range of classes — yoga, barre, strength training, Pilates, kickboxing, and indoor cycling — all with an inviting, beachy vibe and supportive instructors. The studio recently expanded with a new space, Revolve at The Collective, dedicated to cycling and equipped with AC, improving class flow and comfort. Currently undergoing further renovations, the studio will soon add showers, changing rooms, and an expanded retail area.
Beyond the workouts, The Collective weaves service into its mission. Every two months, the team donates a portion of sales to a local nonprofit and hosts donation-based yoga at the marina. They regularly collaborate with nearby businesses and support fundraisers around Savannah.
Kim’s advice for fellow entrepreneurs? “Focus on your people — customers and your team. If they’re happy, you’ll succeed.”
Client Lainey C. sums it up best: “Since joining, I’ve noticed real progress in my fitness. I feel stronger than ever. No matter what class I take, I always feel comfortable, supported, and at home.”
