Crispy Shrimp Burgers

Ingredients
For the patties:
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 tablespoons oil

For the sauce:

Instructions
Roughly chop most of the shrimp and pulse the remaining shrimp into a paste. Combine with remaining patty ingredients and form into four patties. Refrigerate briefly if needed. Cook in an oiled skillet over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Mix sauce ingredients together. Assemble burgers on toasted buns with desired toppings.
