Southeast Spine Center
A Personal Approach to Pain Relief
As a triathlete, Dr. Ortelio Bosch understands how deeply movement shapes a person’s independence and quality of life. That perspective informs his work at Southeast Spine Center, where he helps patients navigate back, neck, spine, and other painful conditions.
Located in Sandfly, the independent medical practice serves Isle of Hope and communities throughout the Savannah area. Rather than relying on a standard course of care, Bosch listens closely to each patient’s concerns, investigates the source of the discomfort, and develops a treatment strategy tailored to the individual.
That personal connection is central to his philosophy. As large medical systems become increasingly prevalent, Bosch has chosen to remain an independent physician, preserving the continuity and attentiveness of a traditional doctor-patient relationship.
Chronic pain can quietly reshape daily life, making it difficult to sleep, work, travel, exercise, play a round of golf, or spend time with family. Bosch’s objective is to help patients reclaim those routines through appropriate treatment options, including methods that may reduce reliance on potentially addictive pain medications when clinically suitable.
Throughout his career, Bosch has treated veterans and others living with complex pain conditions. His Sandfly office gives nearby residents access to specialized pain management and spine care without traveling far from home.
Outside the practice, Bosch is an avid reader and dedicated triathlete who values faith, family, and life in the Lowcountry.
