Raman- Filipino Food Truck:
From the Philippines' coast to the Emerald Coast, Raman brings authentic Filipino flavors. The name Raman means "tasty" in Ilocano, a Filipino dialect. Owner Mariz is in her 4th year of running the food truck, which has a gained a large local following. Raman serves favorites like lumpia, chicken adobo lechon, and pork sisig—a traditional dish passed down from her Lola (grandmother). They also offer halo-halo, a cold, layered Filipino dessert that translates to "mix-mix." Made with shaved ice and/or ube ice cream, it features fruits, beans, and jellies. Located at 1103 Eglin Parkway in Shalimar, open Wed–Sat, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. They deliver via DoorDash/Uber Eats and cater events. Call 850-860-6110 for orders.
