Meet Beth and Chris Girssom! 

This beautiful family enjoys hanging out, enjoying good food, laughing and playing golf. 

Chris is a CFO and works for Kaplan CFO Solutions. Beth is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a keynote speaker, a commissioned pastor, and the Women’s Ministries Director for the Carolina Conference of Seventh-day Adventists

Their children are Anna, Sarah and Andrew. 

Anna, a Nurse Educator at Prisma in Greenville, SC and is photographed with her boyfriend Walker. Sarah is a stay-at-home mother and she and her husband, Keven (Contact Center Architect) have daughters Emma, 4, and Claire, 2. Their son Andrew, DPT is the director of Movement for Life and wife Rebecca (Executive Director of Marketing, Communications and Philanthropy for Advent Health) have Nolan (6) and Charlotte (3). 

The Grissom family lived in Midland, NC, outside of Charlotte for 20+ years and moved to Kenmure in October of 2022. Chris was originally from Macon, GA, and Beth lived all over, including Ethiopia, where her parents and grandparents were missionaries.  

Chris and Beth met  in Collegedale, TN where Chris later graduated from Southern Adventist University. Later, Beth graduated from UNC Charlotte.  

When asked what they love most about Kenmure, they say "The moment we drove through the front gate, we exhaled and knew it was where we wanted to be.  Chris and I both enjoy golfing together and with friends, and looking out over the course is wonderful. Our favorite part of living here is the beautiful relationships we have with our neighbors.  We have never before felt so wrapped up and connected to those around us.  Each one has become very dear to us, and we treasure them. Every moment is precious, from playing Mahjong to having dinner parties to just hanging out on each other's porches. When we have been through challenging times, we have all been there for each other, bringing food, laughs, and meaningful cards. This community has been such a blessing to us!"
