DJ began his career in the mortgage loan business and then started investing in rental properties. Realizing that real estate was a true passion, DJ became a licensed real estate agent and began building a team of professionals with specific areas of expertise to help even more people realize their real estate dreams.
What continues to motivate him is that no two days are ever the same. He enjoys the challenge of solving problems, guiding clients through important decisions, and helping people build wealth through real estate. It's work that combines strategy, relationships, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Today, the McGarrigan Group has seven full-time agents: DJ McGarrigan, Eric Marty, DeAna Flowers, Jodi Stanley, Matthew Benfield, Maggie Thorpe, Steve Flowers, Caroline Walker, and Bryan Walker. Other integral members of the team include Hazel Abbott-Pope, listing coordinator, and Beth Sherrill, closing coordinator.
