Our Self-Care Social was a beautiful reminder of what happens when women come together to slow down, connect, and take care of themselves. The morning began with an energizing guided workout from PHNX Training Studio, a women-only gym offering 30-minute group fitness classes designed for all levels. It’s not your average gym experience, and we loved experiencing the encouraging, community-focused environment they’ve created. If you’re looking for a new way to move, PHNX offers free trial classes and is definitely worth checking out!

After working up a good sweat, everyone relaxed and recharged with delicious smoothie bowls from Playa Bowls and coffee from Made Sweetly Latte Co. San-Nhi from Evergreen Counseling then guided the group through a meaningful journaling session focused on reflection and intentional self-care.

The morning continued with the opportunity to enjoy some amazing local self-care experiences. Guests were treated to mini facials from Graceful Skin Facial Studio, personalized color analysis by IN COLOR by Laci, a custom body scrub bar from Magnolia Ritual, and relaxing chair massages from Quality of Life Medical Center.
