What activities or sports did you participate while in school?
Track (discus, hammer, shot put), Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, basketball, and soccer.
What college do you plan to attend? or What are your plans next year?
I just committed to Swarthmore College for track.
How do you plan to spend this summer after graduation?
I am traveling to Argentina (Bariloche and Buenos Aires) this summer with family and friends to adventure and continue bettering my Spanish.
Name someone you admire. What makes them special and how have they motivated you?
I really admire my big brother, Cade, who has always been my hero and inspiration. He’s everything you could ever want in a person: smart, fun, outgoing, brave, and strong (physically and mentally). He motivates me to try new things, meet new people, and make life more fun.
What will you miss most about High School or College?
I will miss the times when things seemed not ideal (such as rainy sports games or long study session hours) but were made extra special by wonderful friends that always get me laughing no matter what.
Any special stories or information you would like to share about your high school experience?
It was exciting to move from my old school, Charles Wright Academy, that I had been at for 12 years (a private school) to Curtis High School for my senior year (a much larger, public school) and compare the two while making new friends and connecting them to my old ones. I was also fortunate enough to go study abroad in Barcelona, Spain for a month during the summer of 2022 where I also made friends, but this time it was in another language!
