It was Tuesday, May 12th, but it could have been any date on the calendar and the story would be the same: GM Rene Bruun’s generous hospitality, combined with the flawless execution of his host team for the night- Manager Marc and Servers Chelsea, Savannah, and Julian- meant that the Texas Roadhouse motto was in good hands.  Legendary Food, Legendary Service® is the promise, and once again for Stroll Le Triomphe guests, it was a promise kept. 

 

In foodie culture like Acadiana, capturing attention as the next big thing in the restaurant scene isn’t the real challenge.  Providing an experience that keeps people coming back against that constant onslaught of new entrants is the real secret to success.  And for the last couple decades, no one in Lafayette has been doing that better than Texas Roadhouse, where people don’t just return, but they line up.  It’s a feat not easily achieved, to have folks line up for an experience they’ve had many times over- but for so many, Texas Roadhouse continues to be worth the wait! 

 

As usual, the tables were generously flooded with delicious appetizers and fresh-from-the oven bread for the more than two dozen Stroll guests on hand before Rene even more generously opened up the entire Texas Roadhouse menu to all.  From there, the hand-cut steaks, made-from-scratch sides, and exceptional service left a familiar impression of ‘wow, what a meal!’ that explains why the restaurant serves more than 7,000 satisfied customers every week.  Just listen to what this handful had to say…
