Skates, Sports and Big Dreams: All About Leo Lundin!
If you see Leo Lundin around Foxview Intermediate School in De Pere or heading off to hockey practice, you will quickly notice his positive attitude and active spirit. At 11 years old, this fifth grader is balancing school, sports, family time, and big dreams for the future.
Leo plays hockey for the De Pere Voyageurs and is currently in his fifth year on the ice. As a defenseman, he plays an important role protecting the goal and supporting his teammates. The early mornings and practices have helped him grow both as a player and as a teammate.
When he is not at the rink, Leo enjoys staying active in other ways. He likes skiing, football, and waterskiing, especially when it means spending time outdoors. In his downtime, he enjoys watching Stranger Things and relaxing after a busy day.
Family is important to Leo. One of his favorite places to be is his cabin in Michigan, where he can unwind and make memories with loved ones. A recent trip to Mexico also stands out as a favorite, thanks to the warm weather, great food, and time spent in the ocean.
Leo has a unique feature, the freckles on his nose are shaped like a cross, something friends and family think is pretty special.
Looking ahead, Leo has big plans. He hopes to become an architect someday and design impressive buildings. He is also dreaming about the possibility of playing in the NHL. With his strong work ethic and love of sports, he is well on his way to achieving great things.
