Amanda Downey’s Coffee Cake
Ingredients for cake:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
8 oz. sour cream
Ingredients for topping:
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup of sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients and beat with a mixer for about 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix ingredients for topping.
Grease bundt or angel food cake pan.
Sprinkle small amount of topping into pan and spread small amount of cake mixture over that.
Add on and spread about half of the remaining topping and spread another layer of cake mixture on top of that.
Then add one more layer of the remaining topping and then the last of the cake mixture on top.
Run knife through the mixture to swirl.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
