Not everyone would choose a snake as a pet, but for Owen, it was love at first sight. Nagini, a 2.5 year old corn snake, caught his attention one day when he stopped by Sandy’s Pet Shop. He spotted her and knew she was the one.

Nagini is especially eye-catching thanks to her bright orange pattern, which is one of the things Owen loves most about her. But her good looks are not her only charming quality. Owen describes Nagini as a very chill snake who enjoys being held, although she is a little particular about who gets that privilege. Owen is her person, and she is happiest relaxing on his arm.

While Nagini may not perform any special tricks or have a favorite treat, she has something even better: a laid-back personality and a pretty impressive color pattern.

For Owen, having Nagini as a pet is all about enjoying her unique personality and spending time with a very special snake who seems perfectly content to simply hang out with her favorite human.
