Having studied art history, Kim found visual beauty in houses. The combination of her love of people and houses has proven to be a perfect marriage for success in real estate. She particularly enjoys guiding her clients to making sound financial decisions during both the buying and selling of their home. As a local advisor, Kim is a listing leader and pricing expert who enjoys marketing a variety of homes whether it be a village colonial or a waterfront estate. She supports clients in their homeownership journey and acts as concierge referring everything from delicious restaurants to architects.

When Kim isn’t selling houses, she enjoys spending time with her husband John who owns a real estate development company and their three children Claire (24), Jack (22), and Wyatt (17), along with their four dogs. Kim serves on the board of directors for several local organizations, including the Grenville Baker Boys and Girls Club in Locust Valley and Belmont Childcare Association advisory board.
