A Season of Renewal: Prioritize Your Wellness with Gift of Grace Healing
As the busy rhythms of a new school year begin—drop-offs, packed calendars, and changing routines—it’s easy to put your own well-being on the back burner. But this season of fresh starts is also the perfect time to reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re a parent juggling it all, a professional navigating long days, or simply feeling the weight of daily stress, Gift of Grace Healing offers a space to pause, exhale, and restore.
Founded by licensed massage therapist Tanya Oden, Gift of Grace Healing is a boutique massage and wellness practice serving the East Dallas communities. With more than 20 years of experience in patient-centered healthcare, Tanya brings a deep understanding of how the body and mind respond to stress—and how therapeutic touch can help recalibrate both.
“I believe in the power of intentional touch,” Tanya says. “Massage is not just about relaxation; it’s about healing, alignment, and making space for your own well-being.”
Tanya’s approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and personalized care. She offers a wide range of treatments—from Swedish and deep tissue massage to cupping therapy, lymphatic drainage, body detox, prenatal massage, and guided meditation sessions. Her calm, inviting space is designed to offer more than just a service—it’s a true sanctuary.
Clients often describe her sessions as transformative. Many arrive carrying tension or emotional fatigue, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply cared for. “I want every person to feel heard, supported, and restored—because when you feel better, you live better,” she explains.
Tanya launched Gift of Grace Healing after returning to school in her 40s to pursue massage and bodywork. The name itself is a reflection of her personal journey, and her commitment to serving others with grace and purpose. A proud East Dallas resident and active community member, she’s also involved with the White Rock Lake National Charity League alongside her daughter, and has served on the RISD PTA Council and local PTA boards.
This fall, Tanya encourages neighbors to embrace wellness as a form of self-care and self-respect. “The start of the school year is a great time to reset,” she says. “Prioritizing your health isn’t selfish—it’s foundational. You can’t pour from an empty cup.”
Whether you're seeking relief from pain, stress, or simply need time to recharge, Gift of Grace Healing offers a nurturing, results-driven approach to holistic wellness.
