Pomegranate Martini

The martini has come a long way since Ian Fleming’s James Bond made “Stirred, not shaken” part of our vernacular. The sophisticated cocktail has transformed into something of a trendy cottage industry. Today, drinks like the Lemon Drop, Strawberry Basil, Triple Pear-Tini, Cucumber Basil, Grapefruit St. Germain, and Pomegranate Martini are popular on cocktail menus. Martini bars are now fun attractions at bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and cocktail gatherings.
I love this Pomegranate Martini. It’s perfect for an afternoon or pre-dinner cocktail. This delightful version of its famous cousin is a sweet yet tart, fruity, and refreshing drink.
Make sure to chill the glasses before serving.
