If you’ve strolled past one of the charming homes in Vickery Place recently, there’s a good chance you’ve seen Courtney Conley out walking her son Jack and their pup Millie, chatting with neighbors, or dropping by a local open house. A longtime East Dallas resident and local real estate expert, Courtney is deeply rooted in the M Streets community—and she's passionate about helping other families put down roots here, too.

Courtney is a proud member of The BAR Group at Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, a powerhouse team of women who bring energy, expertise, and heart to every transaction. Together, they’ve helped hundreds of clients find or sell homes in Lakewood, the M Streets, Lake Highlands, and beyond. But for Courtney, it’s never just about the numbers. “I love building relationships that go far beyond the closing table,” she says. “Buying or selling a home is such a personal journey, and I feel lucky to be part of that moment in people’s lives.”

A Texas A&M grad, Courtney first built a career in corporate event planning before shifting gears to real estate. Inspired by the tight-knit community she and her husband Nick had found in East Dallas, she traded airport gates for open houses and hasn’t looked back. Today, she blends her love of design, detail, and people into every part of her work—whether it’s staging a home for market or hunting down the perfect hidden gem for a buyer.

Courtney and Nick, who works in mortgage lending with CMG Home Loans, make a dynamic duo in the world of homeownership. “He’s my behind-the-scenes mortgage guy and biggest cheerleader,” she laughs. Together, they’re raising Jack, their fun-loving toddler, and embracing all that M Streets life has to offer—from neighborhood block parties to Pilates classes and park playdates.

The Conleys are also active supporters of local businesses, schools, and charities, with Courtney often partnering with East Dallas makers and shops for open houses, client gifts, and events. “This community has given so much to our family,” she says, “and we try to give that support right back.”
