Helping Seniors Live Their Best Life Possible

Through personalized care, specialized programs, and a deep commitment to the community, Christian Kuswita and Earlyn Oliveiro bring compassionate home care services to families across Metro Atlanta.

For more than twenty-five years, Christian Kuswita achieved great professional success climbing the corporate ladder in marketing and new product development with Fortune 500 companies such as Citibank, Whirlpool Corporation, and Newell Rubbermaid. Christian holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Monash University, a Graduate Certificate from the Harvard Extension School, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. However, over time, the corporate world felt increasingly dull as executive priorities shifted heavily toward numbers rather than focusing on people and building genuine relationships. Raised by successful entrepreneurial parents, Christian always felt a quiet calling to chart his own business path. In 2019, he decided to risk it all and search for a meaningful business he could be truly proud of, leading him and his wife, Earlyn Oliveiro, to found ComForCare Home Care Cobb County in 2020.

The decision to enter the senior home care field was deeply personal for Christian. Twelve years ago, his father suffered a severe stroke that left him paralyzed. Although the family hired a skilled caregiver to assist with his physical needs, she was unable to form a personal connection with him. The resulting emotional isolation led to a steady decline in his health, and he passed away just six months later. That difficult personal experience shaped the core philosophy of ComForCare Home Care today. As Christian explains, "The idea of matching a caregiver with the right skillsets and hobbies or interests is a powerful mission of our company."

Today, Christian serves as President and Owner of the Cobb County location and Co-Owner of the North Atlanta Suburbs office, providing non-medical and skilled in-home care services across ten Georgia counties. The organization assists clients wherever they reside, whether in a private house, an apartment, a 55+ community, an assisted living facility, or a memory care environment. Non-medical services range from daily assistance with showering, toileting, dressing, grooming, and mobility to light housekeeping, laundry, and transportation. Additionally, the company provides skilled nursing services, sending licensed Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses to assist with medication management, wound care, oxygen administration, and other complex clinical activities.

Finding reliable caregivers and ensuring consistent staffing are ongoing challenges in the home care industry. To solve this, ComForCare maintains a dedicated full-time team to recruit, develop, and retain high-quality staff, resulting in a robust network of over three hundred caregivers in their system. This deep pool of talent ensures exceptional reliability and allows the team to carefully match caregivers with clients based on both technical skills and personality fit.

Giving back to the local community remains another vital cornerstone of the business. Christian actively serves on the boards of four local non-profit organizations focused on senior care: Aloha to Aging, Stand Up for Seniors, Adult Children of Aging Parents, and Cobb & Cherokee Services for the Elderly. Furthermore, the company proudly supports, sponsors, and donates to the Alzheimer's Association, the American Parkinson's Disease Association, and the Center for Movement Challenges.

Looking ahead, Christian and Earlyn plan to continue expanding their service footprint so more local families can access reliable, high-quality care. When considering home care options, Christian advises families to speak with multiple providers, consult friends who have used home care, check online ratings, and prioritize quality over price alone. Ultimately, the team strives to help every client live the best life possible.
