How many kinds of “doodles” are there? “ Well, probably quite a few, but I am the best kind. My name is Moxie and I am an Australian Labradoodle. While many of the doodles are a mix of two breeds, I am a cross between a Labrador Retriever, a poodle, and an Australian Shepherd. Oh my gosh am I cute! 

Australian Labradoodles are naturally social and overflow with joy and fun. I am also very intuitive and intelligent, which is an awesome mix of traits. 

I live with my mom, Christie, and my human brother, Paxton. I think I'm about 4 years old. I'm a breeder release, so Mom and Pax missed my cute puppy stage (but they also got to skip the training part!) 

When I came to my home to live, I already had the name Moxie. It really is a perfect name for me, so there was no discussion about changing it. However, Pax decided early on to call me “Moxie the Great!” So fitting! 

My family soon learned that my mix of poodle and Australian Shepherd means that I am ready for a full-speed circus every day. It can be very crazy, but sooooo much fun! I haven’t quite learned that a loud, aggressive bark is not the way to tell other dogs that I want to be friends – and I really DO want to be friends! Mom and Pax are working on some training and techniques to improve my walking manners. 

Paxton and I are best friends. I am always up for a new adventure (well, not baths), and this definitely inspires my family to find joy in everything, just like I do! 

Let’s see, I think you need to know that I will eat anything. This includes LIVE cicadas! Yum! 

I am spoiled. I have a special rain jacket from L.L. Bean. But I am not completely spoiled – I am not allowed on the furniture. 

Paxton says I am “Crazy, fast, cute and fun!” That is a perfect description of me!
