I am a Realtor serving Hickory, Lake Hickory, and the greater Catawba Valley area, specializing in land,  luxury homes and lakefront properties. I help buyers navigate the process with confidence. Real estate became my passion because I genuinely love helping people through major life transitions and connecting them with the community I have always called home.

As a lifelong resident of the area, I wanted to build a business centered around relationships, education, and local expertise. I’ve built my business through community involvement, social media education, and a client-first approach that focuses on helping people make informed decisions, whether they are buying their first home, relocating, downsizing, or investing. 

What sets me apart is my combination of local knowledge, marketing strategy, and relationship-driven service. I take a very hands-on approach with my clients and believe every home and every client deserves an individually customized strategy.

I also focus heavily on community-centered marketing. Through local videos, business spotlights, neighborhood features, and educational content, I work to showcase the homes, the lifestyle and the people that make the Catawba Valley special. I blend traditional relationship-building with modern digital marketing to help my clients stand out in today’s market. 

My biggest advice is to think long-term when it comes to homeownership and real estate decisions. Whether you are buying, selling, renovating, or investing,  having a clear strategy and understanding the market matters.

For sellers, preparation and presentation are key. For buyers, don’t wait until you feel “perfectly ready” to start learning the process. Real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and having the right guidance can make a huge difference.

I grew up in the Hickory area and have spent most of my life in the Catawba Valley. Being deeply rooted here gives me a strong understanding of the neighborhoods, schools, local businesses, and the people who make this community so special.

Family is a huge part of my life. I’m a mom of six and a grandmother of three, so I understand firsthand how important it is to find a house that truly feels like home. Community involvement is incredibly important to me. Some of my favorite moments are spent with family, supporting local businesses, events, and enjoying all the beauty and community our area has to offer. 

In addition to real estate, I’m also an author, which has strengthened my ability to connect through storytelling and communication, which are skills that translate naturally into helping clients market and sell their homes effectively. 

I recently joined True North Realty, based in Downtown Hickory, a place that truly reflects the energy, growth, and sense of community that I love sharing with my clients. Being part of the downtown business community allows me to stay closely connected to local events, small businesses, and the people who make this area special.
