Beef and Noodles with Gravy

This is a delicious, simple dish to enjoy anytime! It's ready in 1 hour and 20 minutes.

1 Bag of Reames Homestyle Egg Noodles (frozen)
 1 8 oz container Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced 
1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 
1 12 oz container of Homestyle Gravy 
1 can of cream of mushroom soup 
1/2 cup chopped onion 
1 pound of Filet Mignon, sliced into thin strips (or whatever preference of meat you prefer).  I season the meat with salt/pepper/garlic 
1 tablespoon olive oil


Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.   
In a 12-inch skillet, combine the steak, garlic, mushrooms and onion with one tablespoon of olive oil.  Cook until slightly pink.  (or to your preference). Then add the gravy and mushroom soup, combining well, and simmer on low. Add the drained noodles and continue cooking on medium until heated through. Enjoy!
