Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread

A delicious and cheesy monkey bread recipe that combines the flavors of pizza with the fun of pull-apart bread, featuring pepperoni and mozzarella.

INGREDIENTS:

 2 cans (16.3ounces each) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup pepperoni slices
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:    

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss them in a large bowl with garlic powder and Italian seasoning until well coated.
  3. Fold in the pepperoni and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Layer half of the mixture into a bundt pan and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.  Next, add the rest of the dough mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. All to cool slightly before flipping onto a serving plate.

Notes:  For best results, use whole milk mozzarella for a creamier texture.  
Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers, olives or other favorite toppings.
Serve warm for the best cheesy pull-apart experience.
Serve with a side of pizza sauce.
