Introducing the McCracken Family of Muirfield Village

Quinn and Nicole are thrilled to be raising their twin daughters in this great community.

When Quinn and Nicole McCracken first met in high school, they were part of the same tight-knit friend group, but it wasn’t until their college years that they realized their connection ran deeper. That discovery set them on a journey that would eventually bring them to Muirfield in 2023, where they would begin a new chapter of their lives with their twin daughters, Kennedy and Poppy, born in April 2024.
Both from Youngstown, Ohio, a city known for its rich Italian heritage, Quinn and Nicole have a deep love for Italian food—especially pizza. It’s something they’ve both carried with them since childhood, making family pizza nights a cherished tradition. Quinn attended The Ohio State University, while Nicole went to Ohio University. Today, Quinn works in sales and account management at Triple T Transport, a logistics company specializing in the nationwide transportation of food and beverages. Nicole is an Account Lead at Worthington Industries, where she works in the steel automotive sector.
While the McCrackens are relatively new to Muirfield, moving to the neighborhood just over a year ago, they’ve quickly found a place for themselves. Quinn loves golf and is a member of Wedgewood Golf and Country Club, while Nicole is passionate about fitness and the outdoors. She has completed the Pelotonia ride for six consecutive years and also teaches cycling at the YMCA, where she is involved in community outreach programs.
The couple shares many interests, including traveling and attending concerts. Every winter, they take a ski trip together, and they regularly visit Tybee Island, Georgia, and Naples, Florida, to see family. Their most recent adventure took them to Italy and Spain, a trip they will always treasure. The pair also enjoys sporting events and consider themselves avid Cleveland fans.
However, their journey took an unexpected turn in 2024 when they welcomed their twin girls, Kennedy and Poppy, into the world. Born prematurely, the twins spent an extended time in the NICU, making those first few months especially challenging for the family. “It was a difficult and hectic year for us,” Nicole shares. “But it also made us stronger as a family. We had to rely on each other in ways we never had before.”
After what felt like an exhausting and emotional rollercoaster, the McCrackens were finally able to bring their daughters home. Despite the challenges, their resilience as a family was unwavering, and they are grateful for the support they received along the way. "The experience definitely shaped who we are as parents and brought us even closer as a family," says Quinn.
Now, as they look ahead, the McCrackens are excited about raising their daughters in Muirfield. The community’s charm, its scenic walking trails, and its welcoming neighbors have made it a perfect place to begin this next phase of their journey. “It’s been such a joy to watch the neighborhood come to life as we’ve settled in,” Nicole reflects. “We’re looking forward to all the adventures ahead.”
With their growing family, their shared love for adventure, and their newfound strength, the McCrackens are excited for what the future holds. Their journey is just beginning, and they’re ready to embrace it together, with plenty of pizza nights along the way.
