Suzy Mihocik, Muirfield resident and owner of barre3 Powell and the newly opened barre3 Dublin at 7030 Hospital Drive, knows firsthand how transformative the method can be. “I fell in love with barre3 first as a client, then as an instructor,” she says. After working in public accounting and consulting, she stepped away from her career when her youngest child was born—and found her next chapter through movement.
“I went through instructor training at barre3 Powell and quickly realized how much I loved not only teaching, but also the mission and vision of barre3,” Mihocik explains. “It gave me a way to fuse my business background with my passion for movement, and create something meaningful in the process.”
