A Hilliard-area native, Hackett has been engaged at all levels of fun for Scioto Valley. He started as a junior salesperson in 2010 and advanced to senior salesperson, sales manager, lead buyer, and now vice president. “It has been a fun ride,” says Hackett. “I love the store and all of the employees.”

The store is located just off the I-270 and Cemetery Road exit on Lyman Drive in Hilliard. When you visit, you can expect Scioto Valley employees to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. “We really pride ourselves on every single customer experience being incredible,” says Hackett. “And if it’s not, we want to hear about it so we know where we can make ourselves even better.”

Having spent years in a sales role, Hackett understandably has a depth of product knowledge. But the service offered by Scioto Valley doesn’t stop with the sale. “We want customers to love what they purchased and come back to us for their future needs,” says Hackett. The Scioto Valley crew wants satisfied customers. “We focus a lot on the customer’s experience after they have their product.”
