In many ways, Heat Strategic Agency and Asphalt Kickers, LLC look like very different businesses. One lives in boardrooms and strategy sessions, helping companies clarify their go-to-market plans. The other lives outdoors, on driveways and parking lots, delivering tangible results you can see and feel. 

But for our family, they are built on the same foundation: faith, hard work, community, and unwavering support for one another.

We’re Samantha and Eric Baker, and together we’re raising our family while building two businesses we’re deeply proud of.

Heat Strategic Agency was born from Samantha’s belief that businesses deserve more than generic marketing or short-term tactics. As Founder, she employs experts across the country and works with international and local small businesses and startups to build, implement, and sustain high-impact strategies that truly move the needle. The work is thoughtful, demanding, and deeply personal, because at its core, it’s about helping people build the businesses they’ve always dreamed of. That same care and intentionality carries into family life, where planning, communication, and balance matter just as much.

Asphalt Kickers, founded by Eric, is rooted in a different kind of craftsmanship, but the same principles. With more than 22 years of hands-on industry experience, Eric built Asphalt Kickers to be a trusted local partner for residential and commercial asphalt, paving, sealing, hot tar, and line striping. The work is physical, detail-driven, and shaped by an understanding of our local terrain and weather. The goal is simple: deliver quality that lasts, protect property value, and take pride in work done right the first time.

Running two businesses while raising a growing family is a balancing act; one we’re constantly learning to navigate. Our days don’t fit neatly into a 9-to-5 schedule. They’re filled with early mornings, late nights, school events, practices, and conversations around the dinner table about projects, people, and priorities. What makes it possible is the way we support each other. 

When one of us is deep in work, the other steps in. We’re partners in every sense, at home and in business.

Our faith plays a central role in how we live and lead. We are active members of Cornerstone Ministries, where we were recently baptized. An important milestone that reflects our commitment to living with purpose and humility. Our faith shapes how we treat clients, employees, and neighbors, reminding us that integrity, service, and gratitude matter more than any transaction.

Community is equally important to us. We are active volunteers at our children’s school, Mother of Sorrows, and we make a point to shop small, support local businesses, and frequent local restaurants whenever we can. 

Murrysville isn’t just where we work; it’s where we’re raising our children, building relationships, and investing our time and energy.

At the end of the day, Heat Strategic Agency and Asphalt Kickers exist because of the support we give one another and the community that surrounds us. We’re grateful to build our businesses side by side, grounded in faith, family, and a genuine love for the place we call home.
