Pumpkin Patch Dirt Cups
Celebrate autumn with cute, single-serve Pumpkin Patch Dirt Cups. Layered with smooth chocolate pudding, crumbled chocolate cookies, and topped with sweet candy pumpkins, this simple treat delivers the perfect blend of cozy fall vibes and fun texture.
Ingredients:
1 (3.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups cold milk (I used 2% milk)
1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, thawed
24 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
12 pumpkin candies
Green frosting (optional) for decorating
Directions:
Make the pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until smooth. Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding until combined.
Build the dirt cups: Add about 2 tablespoons of crushed Oreo crumbs to the bottom of each cup. Spoon a layer of chocolate pudding over the Oreo crumbs. Repeat with another layer of crushed Oreos and another layer of pudding. Finish each cup with a final layer of crushed Oreo crumbs to create the “dirt.” Top each cup with three pumpkin candies.
If desired, use green frosting to pipe little vines or grass around the pumpkins. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
