Erin & Wes Williams of Pink’s Windows Louisville
A Faith-Filled Family Bringing Shine to Our Streets
If you have noticed your windows sparkling a little brighter lately, you may have Pink’s Windows Louisville to thank. Behind that shine are local co-owners Erin and Wes Williams.
Erin grew up in Louisville before leaving in 2008 to attend the University of Kentucky and later spending several years in Nashville. The family returned to the Louisville area in 2019 and now calls Crestwood home. Last year, Wes retired from the Fire Department after 12 years to work at Pink's full-time, and together, he and Erin have built a business rooted in faith, family, and service.
They are raising three energetic children, Aiden, Charlie, and Jack, in a fun and faith-filled household that loves being outdoors. Whether hiking in Maine, boating on Dale Hollow Lake, or swimming in the backyard, family time is always at the center of their lives. Erin is a former sales executive who stepped away from corporate life to focus on raising their children and growing their family businesses. Their goal is to teach their boys the importance of kindness, hard work, and living a life that reflects their love for Jesus.
Their journey into entrepreneurship began unexpectedly while searching for a toddler golf program for their youngest son, who was golf-obsessed at just two years old. That simple search sparked the idea of building something of their own that could serve families and provide more flexibility. As they explored different opportunities, the path eventually led them to Pink’s Windows.
What truly sets Pink’s Windows Louisville apart is its commitment to doing things the right way every time. They live by the Pink’s Promise, which means showing up on time, doing what they say they are going to do, leaving each home better than they found it, and standing behind their work. In an industry where reliability is often lacking, Erin and Wes pride themselves on professionalism, clear communication, and delivering five-star service from start to finish. As a family-run business, they treat every home like their own and view each job as an opportunity to serve with excellence and integrity.
Their advice to neighbors is simple and meaningful. Treat your home like your greatest investment because it is. Regular window cleaning and pressure washing not only keep your home looking beautiful but also help protect its long-term value. Choose service providers who communicate clearly, show up when they say they will, and take pride in their work.
Erin and Wes are excited to be part of the Stroll Norton Commons community and love getting to know fellow neighbors and business owners. They are passionate about using their business to support local events, give back to the community, and make a positive impact one clean window at a time.
