List of Ingredients
Base:
1 bag (24–32 oz) tater tots or waffle fries

Toppings:
1 cup queso (optional, for drizzling)
1 to 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup bacon crumbles (or cooked bacon, chopped)
¼ cup white or yellow onion, diced

Cold/Fresh Toppings to Add After Baking (Choose what you love):
Jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
Sour cream
Salsa
Scallions

Optional add-ons:
guacamole
diced tomatoes
cilantro
black beans
hot sauce
lime wedges
Cooking Instructions
Crisp the base:
Cook tater tots or waffle fries in the air fryer until golden and crispy (usually 10–15 minutes, depending on brand).

Assemble & Bake:
Spread crispy tots/fries onto a baking sheet. Add queso, shredded cheddar, bacon, and onions. Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and top with your cold toppings: jalapeños, sour cream, salsa, and diced green onions. Serve immediately (straight from the baking sheet for max fun!).
