A Season of Connection

February has a special way of softening even the coldest days. As winter lingers here in NoCo, this month reminds us that warmth isn’t just something we find in the weather. It’s found in the people and connections that surround us every day.
Valentine’s Day invites us to pause and celebrate the relationships that matter most, whether that’s time spent with family, longtime friends, neighbors who feel like family, or the familiar faces we see around town. For me, February is always a sweet reminder of how quickly time flies and how meaningful it is to share life with the people you love.
One of the things I treasure most about Stroll NoCo is the way it brings our community together. From highlighting inspiring neighbors to supporting the local businesses that give our neighborhood its character, this magazine is truly a reflection of the heart of NoCo. I’m constantly grateful for the stories you share, the nominations you send, and the pride you take in lifting one another up.
This month, I also want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to our wonderful partners who make this publication possible. Your continued support allows us to celebrate the people, places, and stories that make NoCo such a special place to call home.
If you have a story idea, want to nominate a neighbor, or know of a local business that would be a great fit for our community, I would love to hear from you. Connecting with neighbors and discovering new stories is one of my favorite parts of what I do. You can always reach me at Maria.mears@strollmag.com.
Thank you for welcoming Stroll NoCo into your homes and your lives. Wishing you a February filled with love, connection, and a little extra warmth.
See you around the neighborhood!
Warmly,
Maria Mears
