My journey began as a young teenager, helping out in my parents’ business during the busy summer months when school was out. What started as seasonal support quickly became a constant in my life. Even while attending Cal State University Northridge, I continued working for them, balancing classes with office responsibilities. When our office manager went on maternity leave, my father needed full-time help immediately. I made the decision to pause my studies and step in—a choice that ultimately shaped my career.
At 24, I married my husband, Adam, whom I had met when I was just 16. By then, we were already working side by side in the family business. Soon after, we welcomed our two sons, Blake and Chase. Balancing family life with a growing career has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. Family has always been at the heart of everything I do and building a life with Adam while raising our boys has given my work deeper meaning.
Our business has a long history. My father moved to California in the 1970s and began working with my uncle, specializing in appliance repair, particularly refrigeration. When my uncle returned to the East Coast, my father purchased the business. Shortly afterward, he met my mom, and together they built the company into what it is today.
Through years of hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, they transformed it into a highly respected luxury appliance repair company. Today, we continue that legacy, serving high-end residential and commercial clients across Southern California and Las Vegas.
We specialize in the service, repair, and maintenance of luxury appliances; systems that require advanced technical knowledge and precision. Our technicians are factory-trained directly by the luxury appliance manufacturers we service, allowing us to provide expert-level care for even the most complex appliances.

Like any business, we’ve faced challenges. The period following the COVID-19 pandemic was especially difficult. During the height of stay-at-home orders, our technicians continued working, often entering eight to ten homes a day, to ensure our clients had functioning appliances. It was a demanding time that required resilience and dedication.
There were also challenges in working with some manufacturers who didn’t fully understand the intensity of operating in densely populated areas like California. The volume, pace, and safety considerations were on another level. It was a period that tested our entire team. But it also strengthened us. We emerged more united, with a deeper appreciation for our technicians and a clearer focus on supporting the people who make our success possible. That experience pushed us to refine our operations and align ourselves with partners who value the work we do.
Looking ahead, our vision is to continue growing as a leading luxury appliance service company across Southern California and Las Vegas. Our focus is on expanding thoughtfully while maintaining the level of quality and trust our clients expect.
