Hot Crackers

A bold, zesty snack with just the right amount of heat. These addictive crackers are perfect for parties, road trips, or everyday munching.

Ingredients
  • 1 box saltine crackers (mini saltines work great)
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the vegetable oil, ranch seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well blended.
  2. Place the crackers into a large resealable bag.
  3. Pour the seasoning mixture over the crackers.
  4. Seal the bag and gently shake to coat the crackers evenly.
  5. Continue to shake the bag every 15 minutes for about 1 hour to ensure all crackers are well coated.
Tips
  • Let the crackers sit for a few hours (or overnight) for even more flavor.
  • Adjust the red pepper flakes to control the heat level.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
