22nd Annual Fallen Heroes Memorial Golf Outing 

JOIN US for the 22nd Annual Michigan Fallen Heroes Memorial Golf Outing on Monday, August 18, 2025 here at our Oakhurst Golf & Country Club. Registration at 10:00 am and Shotgun Start at 11:00 am. For details, go to michiganfallenheroes.com

All golfers/registrants are provided with lunch, carts, 18 holes of golf, a goody bag, drink tickets, dinner and awards. Awards are presented for 1st and 2nd place teams, closest to the pin (male and female), longest drive (male and female) along with other opportunities to win prizes and network are included throughout the day and at dinner.

JOIN IN this year's Flags for Kids Campaign and show your love of country with one of over 150 neighbors on six flag holidays: Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, September 11, and Veterans Day. Each holiday, an Optimist member will come out a day or two before, plant a flag in your hard and return after the holiday to pick it up, store it and replant for next holiday. 

Suggested donation this year is $60 for 2025 subscription that covers 6 flag holidays. That's $10 per flag holiday.
