Welcome! Let’s get to know our neighbors.

We know genuine connections with neighbors next door and business owners down the street make for a more meaningful experience. And we believe getting to know people in our community should be simple. That’s why Stroll meets you where you’re at – your mailbox.

We are grateful to serve this amazing community.

Vicki Blair

Vicki Blair

As a West Texas native having grown up in San Angelo, Vicki followed in her father's footsteps and graduated from Texas Tech. In her first year in college, she met her husband, Bobby. After college, they lived in Midland and Arlington, Texas. The transfer back to Lubbock was the perfect move for their young family. Lubbock was a great place to raise their three daughters.

Together they have two publications. Stroll Oakmont Estates, and BeLocal South Lubbock (a new homeowners resource). It is the perfect fit to coordinate with their values of community, connection, and relationships. The primary mission is to connect neighbor to neighbor and businesses to their ideal clients.

We are proud that we truly "turn neighborhoods into community" through our publication platform. If you want more information on how to join us as a preferred neighborhood sponsor, please reach out.
