Meet Honey: The Sweetheart with a Splash of Sass

In a family where all the dogs have always had names starting with “H,” it was only fitting that their newest furry member would follow the tradition. When Grandma suggested “Honey,” it stuck, partly because of her golden, honey-hued coat, and partly because the name perfectly captures her sweet personality.
Honey is a one-year-old Cavapoo, a delightful mix of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle. She’s a female with a whole lot of charm and a few quirks that make her extra lovable. One of the funniest things about Honey? She prefers the company of adults. While she adores the kids in her family, especially Sutton, Britton, and Madden, it’s the grown-ups she gravitates toward. She’s a little old soul in a puppy’s body!
Honey joined the family as a birthday surprise for Sutton’s 6th birthday. Sutton is a true animal lover and had been dreaming of a dog for years. The look on her face when she met her new best friend for the first time was unforgettable. The two have been inseparable ever since.
One of the family's favorite Honey stories happened when she was just a tiny pup. On a trip to the lake, the whole crew was swimming in the water. Without a second thought (and without a life jacket or even knowing if she could swim!), little Honey leaped right in after them, determined not to be left out of the fun. It was a hilarious, heartwarming moment that perfectly sums up her fearless loyalty.
Honey is the definition of spoiled, in the best way. She’s never spent a single night in a crate and has always snuggled up in bed with her humans. She travels everywhere with the family and soaks up all the love and attention she can get. With her soft curls, sweet nature, and strong opinions about who gets to cuddle her, Honey is more than just a pet, she’s a full-fledged member of the family.
