Sunshine Strawberry Shortcake Cups

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package shortcake cups or pound cake, cubed

Directions:
  1. In a bowl, mix strawberries, sugar, and vanilla. Let sit for 15–20 minutes to create a juicy, sweet syrup.
  2. Layer shortcake or pound cake pieces into cups or jars.
  3. Spoon strawberries and juice over the cake.
  4. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
