Life Through My Lens

Introducing our new cover photographer, Xavier Walton.

From the publisher: Tony Giese is a friend and was an awesome partner to me during 10 years of building the business of two magazines. Due to the health of his adult daughter, he is no longer able to keep a schedule that is conducive to photography assignments. Therefore, the search for a new photo-partner occurred.

I’m so excited to introduce everyone to our new photographer, Xavier Walton, who owns Waltons Photography.

I was extremely impressed with Xavier the first time I met him at a real estate event, both the way he carried himself professionally and after looking over his work. After accompanying him to our first shoot, I knew I was working with someone who had a vision and could bring the best out of people. For this reason, I will not need to attend the shoots, as I can trust him to set up the cover shoot appointments directly with our residents! (I have attended over 100 photo shoots with two magazines in the past 10 years and it’s time to let the professionals do what they do so well!)

Xavier was born and grew up in Titusville but has lived in our area for six years. He graduated from Bethune Cookman University where he realized photography was his passion and is working hard to build his business. He specializes in weddings, engagements, portraits/headshots as well as real estate and business shoots. He is also a drone photographer!

Together with his wife Kiaundra Walton, they have made this area their home. Xavier’s favorite sports team is the Los Angeles Lakers. He also enjoys flying drones, fishing, reading, playing basketball, and driving his sports car.

Asked why he loves photography, Xavier said, “I love the confidence it brings out of my clients and the joy and unity it brings. I also love seeing my vision come to life through my lens.”
