A Sweet & Bubbly Affair: Part Deux, hosted by the Starwood Social Committee, took place in the Clubhouse on Saturday, February 21. Three sparkling wines and three Champagnes were paired with rich chocolates-- a unique flavor pairing experience! Russ Kempton, of Speaking of Grains & Grapes, has over 40 years in the alcoholic beverage business. He is one of the nation's premier spirits and wine educators, and took us on an educational journey through the world of these bubbly spirits.
