Thai Charm is a perfectly authentic and welcoming restaurant. 

 

Ambiance and Setting  

Thai Charm has the perfect mix of polished and warm- which is hard to get right. The colors are a mix of blue, gold, and white, which I personally enjoy. The music is nice as well. If the people like the atmosphere, then they’ll stay and enjoy the food. 

 

Food and Presentation  

Thai food is notorious for being flavorful, but I believe Thai Charm doubles that expectation. Each dish is packed with the perfect amount of spices and flavor without being too overpowering. They make the best Thai tea I have ever tasted, which is because they make it themselves. My favorite dishes include the Yellow Curry, the Broccoli Garlic, Pad Kee Mow, and Thai Beef Jerky. The portion sizes are just right, not too big and not too small. The presentation of the food is just as good as the food is. The plating is beautiful, with garnish and pretty plates. You can tell the hard work and dedication the chefs put into every dish. Each one is uniquely authentic. It’s a true Thai taste. 

 

Out of all the restaurants I've been to, the service and staff stands out to me in a way I don’t see often. Each staff member is attentive and kind with everything they do, not just serving food. I feel genuinely cared for every time I visit. I told one of my waiters about my upcoming trip to New York- most waiters would brush it off and continue with their work, but that’s not how it is at Thai Charm. My waiter spent ten minutes talking to me about it and gave me many Thai restaurant recommendations in NYC. This really shows the staff’s appeal towards caring for each and every one of their customers. They know their customers well and it shows. As for the service, it is quick and efficient, without leaving out the warm hospitality. While the looks of the restaurant make a place warm and inviting, I would say how the servers are is just as important. Thai Charm nails both.   

 

My final impression of Thai Charm is high. I love visiting and indulging in some wonderful food and just as wonderful service. I highly recommend Thai Charm to anyone in Starwood and beyond.
