Love stories don’t get much sweeter than that of Jaime and Kendall Garcia, a couple whose journey together spans 8-years and recently culminated in a beautiful wedding at the Hotel Drover in Fort Worth. Their November nuptials marked a new chapter in a story that began in 2017 at Keurig Dr Pepper, blossomed into a lasting bond in 2021 after reconnecting, and continues to thrive in their beloved Starwood neighborhood.

Jaime, who was born in South Texas and raised partially in Victoria, has called the Frisco area home since 2000 and has been part of the Starwood community since 2013. The youngest of four children, Jaime brings with him a rich cultural heritage from Mexico and is the proud father of two adult sons from a previous marriage.

Kendall, an only child originally from just outside Fort Worth, brings her own Texas roots to their union. After earning her BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech, she began her career in the DFW area and later relocated to Plano in 2012. With over 20 years of experience in procurement and sourcing roles, Kendall currently works at JPMorgan Chase. Jaime, meanwhile, has over 25 years of expertise in finance, strategic sourcing, and supply chain operations and is a long-standing leader at Keurig Dr Pepper.

Their love story took an exciting turn in 2021 when Jaime’s career took them overseas to Ireland. The two embraced the opportunity, spending two years immersed in new cultures and creating unforgettable memories while exploring seven different countries. They returned to Texas in 2023 and officially settled back into their Starwood home the summer of 2024, shifting focus to home projects and settling into newlywed life.

Together, Jaime and Kendall share not only a deep love for each other but also for travel, sports, and living life to the fullest. From college football Saturdays and golf outings to weekend sushi dates and outdoor adventures, their lives are filled with passion and connection. Jaime is an avid outdoorsman and Dallas Cowboys devotee, while Kendall's heart still beats strong for her Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Their family wouldn't be complete without Callie Jean, affectionately known as CJ—a 10-year-old Maltese with a big personality packed into just four pounds. CJ rules the household with charm, greeting every guest with tail wags and endless affection.

Now that they’ve returned to Starwood, Kendall and Jaime are eager to get more involved in their community. Kendall, who previously dedicated over a decade to the Junior League and volunteered with Meals on Wheels and the Food Bank, is looking forward to rediscovering ways to give back locally. As a couple, they’re enthusiastic about connecting with neighbors, attending community events, and embracing the rhythm of Starwood life—whether that’s Sunday grocery runs to HEB, walks along the scenic trails, or relaxing over a martini at The Stag.

Jaime fondly recalls past memories in the neighborhood—playing tennis with his sons, enjoying the local trails, and festive holiday moments—while Kendall is creating new ones, appreciating the safe, welcoming feel of the area and its close-knit spirit. As they build their life together, both are excited about the future, one full of shared dreams, laughter, and meaningful community connections.
