The Great Island Garden Club presents an evening with Anne Firth. 

This fun program will introduce you to the world of edible flowers. Learn which flowers can safely be picked and eaten to add color, interest and flavor to many foods. Some of these are probably growing wild in your own backyard! Others you will surely want to add to your garden or flower pots to enjoy all summer long. Anne will bring some of these plants with her for a show-and-tell style program you are sure to enjoy.

Scheduled for Tuesday, June 10th, with a Meet & Greet starting at 6:30 p.m., the presentation will begin at 7 p.m. Volunteers will welcome folks and collect admission. No sign-up required, just show up! To join the garden club, you must live in Great Island; Otherwise, please attend as a guest.
