With twins Tarek, the Software and Technology Director at Absolute, and Nabila, a third-year student at Southern College of Optometry, the family has woven a tapestry of shared dreams and accomplishments.

Chad transitioned from his role as a Marine Security Guard at the American Embassy to working in Operations as a Truck Director at JB Hunt in 1991. After 17 years, he seized the opportunity to turn his lifelong dream into reality by opening a second location for Absolute Heating and Air in Northwest Arkansas (NWA). His brother, Lance, joined the venture, and together they have nurtured the growth of the business ever since.
