Hi, I’m Andy, and I’ve been in the water treatment industry for more than 30 years. I grew up in Concord, Massachusetts, and moved to Farmington, New Mexico, in 1997. Albuquerque has been home since 2014, and I’m proud to be part of this community.

My wife, Donna, was born and raised in Massachusetts, and we’ve been together for 36 years. We raised three wonderful children, and now we’re enjoying the next chapter of life as grandparents. We have an 11-year-old granddaughter and welcomed two brand new grandsons this year. Family is, without question, what I’m most grateful for.

When I’m not working, I enjoy playing golf, hiking, and listening to live music. Donna and I love discovering different cultures through the many activities and cultural events around Albuquerque. The whole family gets together weekly, and you’ll find us playing games, swimming, and cooking up something delicious.

My career in water treatment started more than three decades ago as a Culligan sales representative. For more than 20 years, I worked with traditional water softeners. Then one commercial customer changed everything.

He managed a hotel with a traditional softening system and was frustrated with the costs and problems associated with it. He asked me if there was another option. Because of him, I went looking and found an advertisement in a water treatment trade magazine for a device called Vulcan.

The most fulfilling part of what I do is hearing how happy our customers are with their decision. Knowing that I’m helping people save money, protect their property, conserve water, and reduce unnecessary chemical use makes the work especially meaningful.
