After more than two decades of living in Highland Meadows and building strong relationships with the people around her, Sandy McMillen has always valued the power of community. Recently, she found a new way to bring that spirit of connection to life through an initiative called Noble Women Connect.

 

Sandy, owner of Andaggio Destinations, launched the group earlier this year with the goal of bringing together the many talented women she has met through her work. The first Noble Women Connect gathering was held in February and focused on helping women build relationships, share ideas, and support one another professionally and personally.

 

“I just had an epiphany one day,” Sandy said. “I have so many talented clients that I wanted to get them together so they can learn and benefit from each other, while forming meaningful relationships.”

 

Through her work in travel, Sandy has developed relationships with women from a wide range of professions and backgrounds. She realized that by introducing them to one another, she could help spark new collaborations, friendships, and opportunities.

 

The gatherings are designed to be welcoming, collaborative spaces where women can talk about their work, exchange ideas, and expand their networks. Participants are encouraged to share what they do and explore ways they might support each other professionally.

 

Looking ahead, Sandy hopes to continue growing the group. She plans to host another Noble Women Connect networking event this fall and is excited to expand the concept further. One idea she is particularly passionate about is creating a travel-focused forum where women can share insights, suggestions, and inspiration for future trips.

 

“I would love to bring more ladies together to discuss their own ideas for travel for women and help me create a travel forum that I can reach out to for ideas, suggestions, and more,” she said.

 

Outside of her professional and volunteer efforts, Sandy has been a part of her neighborhood for 20 years. She says one of the things she appreciates most about living there is the strong sense of community.

 

“My favorite part of my neighborhood is the wonderful people who live on our street and the family-friendly atmosphere,” she said.

 

With Noble Women Connect, Sandy is extending that same spirit of community beyond her street, creating a space where women can meet, collaborate, and inspire one another. And as the group continues to grow, so too will the network of women supporting each other along the way.
