Annakate Foley

Annakate Foley has lived in Heydon Hall for just over a year and a half. She graduated from

Charlotte Catholic High School this and will be attending Baylor University in the fall. She

chose Baylor because of its strong community and family feel. Annakate plans to major in

Apparel Merchandising with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She also intends to rush a sorority, try

out for intramural volleyball and pickleball, and attend the football and basketball games. One

thing she will miss about Charlotte is her family and friends, but she is excited to meet new

people in Waco, Texas.

Walter Valentine

Walter Valentine has lived in Charlotte for over eight years and graduated from Charlotte

Catholic High School this spring. Walt enjoys hanging out with his friends, lifting weights, and

watching sports. He will be attending the University of Kentucky in the fall and plans to major in

Business. Walt’s family is full of Wildcat fans, and they were happy to see him choose the

beautiful city of Lexington as his new home. At Kentucky, Walt plans to rush a fraternity and is

looking forward to the football and basketball games. He will miss his family in Charlotte but is

excited to get started at Kentucky.
