2025 was a Year to Remember!

As we turn the page on another remarkable year, I’m delighted to welcome you to the January 2026 issue of the Red Tail publication—an edition that reflects not only the stories of our vibrant community, but also the tremendous growth of this magazine itself. What began as a modest neighborhood publication has now more than doubled in size, and our family of preferred partners has tripled, allowing us to continue bringing you richer content, deeper features, and a stronger celebration of the community we cherish.

The 2025 year at Red Tail was filled with energy, accomplishment, and heart. On the greens, our golfers delivered unforgettable performances and shared memorable moments that highlighted both competition and camaraderie. Our social gatherings brought neighbors together in ways that strengthened bonds and sparked new friendships. Summer days at the community pool reminded us of the simple joys of swimming, sunshine, and laughter echoing off the water. Pickleball courts were buzzing with friendly rivalry and growing enthusiasm for one of our fastest-rising community sports.

This year also shone a spotlight on athletes with standout seasons, neighbors who generously shared their beloved pets, and residents who opened their homes—and hearts—to show us their creative hobbies, impressive home remodels, and beautifully curated wine cellars. We celebrated the families who welcomed new babies—our “little strollers”—as they joined the Red Tail family, bringing fresh joy and future stories waiting to unfold.

Our publication honored volunteers who gave their time with selflessness and passion, and we proudly recognized young achievers making a positive difference both within and beyond our neighborhood. We watched families arrive and settle in, making Red Tail their new home, and we swapped travel experiences and tips, expanding our horizons through the eyes of fellow residents. And as always, our holiday celebrations created warm memories and pictured the true spirit of the season across our community.

As we embark on 2026, I extend heartfelt gratitude to every resident, contributor, and partner who helped shape this publication into what it has become. Your stories inspire us. Your engagement propels us. Your trust motivates us to keep growing.

Cheers to a new year filled with connection, discovery, and the many chapters still to be written in our Red Tail story.

Warmly,

Kasey Kellem
