Six and a half years ago Lyons Gate Run took on a new look when the Tim and Alieshia Quinn built their 3,800 square foot  grey colonial at the end of the street! One may have thought Frank Lloyd Wright himself designed this modern, open floor plan home that boosts four bedrooms and four bathrooms. 

Alieshia’s unique and fabulous design and decorating shines through in each detail of this stunning home! Although she had an idea of what she wanted her home to look like, Tim and her hired Summer from Adeas Interior Design to design their home. Summer was able to see Alieshia’s vision and make it all come to fruition!  Alieshia and Summer went to a market in the Carolinas to pick their designing needs out. The Quinn’s were able to design and decorate their entire home all at once while Summer kept all of their furniture in a warehouse until they moved in. 

The Quinn’s main floor is black and white with a pop of color. The dining room, as Alieshia describes it, looks like something out of “Alice and Wonderland”. Their favorite room is a very colorful, contemporary room off of the dining area. This bright and fun room has funky wallpaper, a ton of cool art, and bright furniture.  

If they could do it all over again they wouldn’t change a thing. They love their home, the decor, the location, and, most importantly, they love living in Red Tail!

When asked, “What advice would you give to someone looking to spruce up their living space?” Alieshia responded,  “Don’t be afraid of doing color and hire a good decorator!”
